All content, designs, features, and functionality on the Site — including but not limited to graphics, logos, and materials — are the exclusive property of Infinite Network Solutions LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of any materials may result in legal action.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

Sections of this Agreement that naturally survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Seiless.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit through our Site.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Delaware.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on the Site.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.

Seiless operates on a fixed-scope engagement model, not a subscription. Each engagement is a 4-week Positioning Sprint scoped and priced as a single investment.

Methodology Guarantee: At the close of the positioning phase (the end of Week 2), one question is asked: did the methodology surface only what you could have figured out on your own? If the answer is yes, the full engagement fee is refunded. Every deliverable produced during the positioning phase stays with you. You owe nothing further.

Outside of the methodology guarantee, all fees are non-refundable once the engagement has begun. The engagement is scoped, exit-conditioned, and not structured as a retainer or ongoing service. No automated billing continues after the engagement closes.

In no event shall Seiless or Infinite Network Solutions LLC be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site or services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seiless, Infinite Network Solutions LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms of Service.
